Incorporated in 2011, LBC (South) Ltd was formed to provide a building control service through our partner company, London Building Control Ltd, Corporate Approved Inspectors.

We want to be more approachable to clients along the South of England and so opened an office with LBC in Chichester with both admin and surveyors based there. The Southern team presently comprise of a director, an office manager, six surveyors and two administrators and is growing.

We offer a high level of service for all commercial, public sector and residential projects using well qualified and experienced surveyors. Our local admin office ensures we can process works efficiently and deal with local enquiries more effectively.

Our Professional Team
The expertise of our professional team spans all sectors of construction from domestic work through to complex multi-million-pound developments. We offer a professional service, fast and efficient, as an alternative to those traditionally provided by Local Authority Building Control, in partnership with LBC Corporate Approved Inspectors.

Our clients are important to us, so we take the time to listen to your needs and align our experience and expertise to help meet these. Our surveying team provides advice on all areas of compliance with the Building Regulations. We also provide pre-application advice and assistance to help design teams throughout the process to guide them towards building regulation compliance.
