LBC South is a service company for building control projects for the South of England.

We are part of the LBC group and use our partner company, London Building Control – Corporate Approved Inspectors, who are licensed by CICAIR (on behalf of the government) to oversee and certify building control projects.

The application form for the Approved Inspector is found below.

Please note : LBC South does not take any fee with regard to projects. We instead provide a free service to facilitate works with our LBC partner and offer you a local point of contact for Southern projects
