LBC are pleased to invite you to our free 1-hour CPD session covering CDM for the Principal Designer – Including a detailed review of suitable Fire Safety precautions and design measures during construction (with case examples) with Nick Southall MRICS, MIFireE

Provisions still cause confusion for some design team members in terms of who does what and the extent of detailing proportionate to the project size and complexity.

In this presentation we will endeavour to provide a simple handy guide which should give confidence to design team members in terms of what is expected from them.

We will particularly look at suitable Fire safety measures during construction that should be detailed in the Principal Designers pre-construction information pack.

CPD certificates are issued following each session.
